Who is Vera?
Vera is your Devote AI tutor. She reads the same material you upload and guides you through it - patient, Socratic, and available 24/7, right inside every study surface.
Can Vera be wrong?
Yes - she's a Socratic study assistant, not an oracle. Vera answers from the notes and slides you upload, not the open web; she restates the question, works one step at a time, checks her answer and flags what she's unsure of. Every answer is still yours to check against your source before an exam.
Is my study data private?
Yes. Your materials and study data are local-first - kept on your device and only synced to your account so you can pick up on another device. We never sell your data and there are no ads. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Profile - Delete account, immediately and permanently.
Does Devote use my uploads to train AI models?
To turn your material into notes, flashcards and exams, it is processed by our AI providers solely to generate your content. We don't sell your data or run ad trackers, and you can delete everything at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Yes - no card required. A free account includes 3 modules (with 3 materials each), 3 AI generations across notes, flashcards and exams in any mix, and 20 messages with Vera. New accounts also start with 30 free credits, valid for 14 days, and Premium is ₵99 a month if you want every limit lifted.
